Increasingly, my focus is a newer kind of design challenge: making intelligent systems understandable, trustworthy, and genuinely useful. Three projects that span the full range of the job — modernizing a legacy enterprise system, redesigning a B2B web presence, and designing AI-guided tooling for real-world craftspeople.
- 01 Bridgital Loom — AI guidance for handloom weavers Contributed to the design of TCS's Bridgital Loom, an AI-powered initiative that pairs a smart loom with real-time LED guidance so weavers can follow complex patterns without memorizing long sequences — tackling a handloom sector where up to 40% of finished pieces are returned over design and execution errors. Showcased at the India AI Impact Summit 2026.
- 02 Copa Airlines — from mainframe screens to digital Owned the end-to-end UX for Copa Airlines' transition off legacy mainframe workflows while leading UX at MphasiS — research, design, usability testing, handoff, and dev support — as part of a broader portfolio of regulated airline and insurance work including United Airlines and AIG Valic.
- 03 TÜV SÜD — a website redesign built for trust at scale Led the full redesign of TÜV SÜD's corporate website while at Verticurl — a regulated brand with many stakeholders to keep aligned — from early research through shipped design, and built the design system and UX guidelines the team still works from.
Design philosophy
A lens I've sharpened for 18 years, not a slide I memorized.
I've designed for airline agents reading green-screen terminals, for weavers guided by AI and LED light instead of memory, and for engineers trying to find one certification standard on a website built for a different era. The common thread isn't the industry — it's translating something genuinely complicated into something a person can pick up and simply use.
Design for the person doing the work, not the demo
Bridgital Loom only works if a weaver trusts an LED light over years of memorized technique. That's not a UI problem — it's a trust problem, solved through design.
Structure around intent, not org charts
On the TÜV SÜD redesign, the fix wasn't better visuals — it was reorganizing the site around what buyers were actually searching for, instead of how the company is internally structured.

Own UX and product strategy end to end for a large enterprise platform spanning 10 modules — still designing the hard screens myself, not just directing. Conceived and shipped Grid Editor, an internal AI-powered image-editing tool, and present strategy and research directly to senior leadership.

Led UX across a portfolio of regulated insurance and airline products for clients including AIG Valic, Copa Airlines, and United Airlines.
